When paired with our co***ny's electrical control cabinet, it enables automatic control functions.
In addition to the common traits of centrifugal pumps, the multi-suction head vertical silt-free sludge pump possesses three unique advantages: 1 - Multiple Suction Heads.
Each pump is equipped with 3 or 4 suction heads, distributed across the center and corners of the sump pit.
This design ensures high suction head redundancy, extensive water intake range, and reduced pit sedimentation.
2 - Integrated Agitation: A mixer is installed beneath the primary suction head, stirring up settled materials in the pit to effectively prevent clogging and silt accumulation.
3 - Self-Supporting Design¡£ Unlike other vertical sewage pumps that require brackets fixed to pre-embedded supports (which complicates both installation and maintenance), the multi-suction head pump uses its side suction heads as both intake points and structural supports.
No additional installation is needed¡ªsimply place the pump in the pit and connect the discharge pipe for stable operation, with easy maintenance.
This pump is primarily suitable for industries such as power plants, steel mills, coal mines, chemical plants, pharmaceuticals, municipal engineering, construction, hospitals, hotels, seawater drainage, rural biogas tanks, and agricultural irrigation.
